• When I first joined the company, I thought I had to dress formally, but soon realized everyone was relaxed and friendly. The atmosphere was full of energy, which eased my anxiety about stepping into the professional world.

One moment that stood out was when a PHP update caused my code to break. I panicked at first, but thankfully my mentor and teammates were eager to help. I still remember my mentor reminding me, “Fixing it isn't enough — you need to understand why it broke.” That moment taught me what it means to take real responsibility for your code.

Eventually, I found the root cause and shared the solution with the team. That experience gave me a strong sense of accomplishment and made me realize that being an engineer means constantly learning and facing challenges head-on. This internship gave me invaluable hands-on experience and confirmed my determination to become a responsible, ever-improving engineer. I'm truly grateful to the company and my colleagues for their guidance and support.

• During this internship, I participated in the development of a slot machine project. I worked on everything from competitor research and numerical design to actual implementation. I experienced firsthand how a game evolves from concept to completion.

The most rewarding part was deepening my understanding of game economy design. Game outcomes aren't purely random; they're crafted with the player's experience in mind. The company's relaxed atmosphere and the willingness of both supervisors and teammates to help make problem-solving efficient and enjoyable. Even the office mini bar became a creative space—taking short breaks there often sparked new ideas when I hit a mental block.

This experience gave me a deeper insight into slot machine mechanics along with valuable hands-on practice. I'm truly grateful for the guidance of my supervisor and colleagues, and I look forward to applying what I've learned to future projects.

• At the beginning of my internship, I felt nervous and unfamiliar with the environment, but the company's welcoming atmosphere quickly put me at ease and made me feel that interns are truly valued here.

The past two months have been fulfilling and well-balanced. Through a structured training process, I gradually learned the core of numerical design. Even when I faced setbacks, the guidance from my supervisor and mentor helped me grow significantly. I really appreciate the open and respectful culture here. Creative ideas are taken seriously, no matter how unconventional they may seem.

This internship not only strengthened my professional and technical skills but also enhanced my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. It broadened my perspective on my future career path. Though I still have much to learn, I'm deeply grateful for the support and encouragement from my colleagues, which helped me recognize my own value in my very first job experience.

• Looking back on this internship, it was my first real step into the world of marketing. I was naturally nervous at the beginning, but I was fortunate to work with friendly colleagues and a patient mentor who helped me build experience step by step.

During this time, I became familiar with advertising platform operations and participated in project planning and proposals. I learned how to turn creative ideas into actionable strategies. By managing Facebook Ads, I gained a clearer understanding of metrics such as click-through rates and conversion rates, and learned to generate optimization insights from data. This experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and, through daily observation of social media trends. It also made me more sensitive to hot topics and player preferences.

From simply completing assigned tasks to confidently sharing insights during discussions, I've seen real growth in myself. Overall, this has been a rewarding and enjoyable journey. It is one that has laid a strong foundation for my continued path in marketing.

• Two months flew by in the blink of an eye, and I'm happy to say that I achieved all the goals I set for myself at the start of the internship: developing data analysis and advertising skills, and gaining a deeper understanding of the gaming industry!

I feel very fortunate to have joined such a warm and open-minded team. The flat organization structure made communication easy and natural, and I learned a great deal about marketing strategy and hands-on execution. From early-stage preparation, mid-campaign ad operations and social media posts, to the anniversary project at the end, I truly felt the genuine care and guidance from my mentors, who treated us interns like precious teammates. It was such a heartwarming experience.

I also want to thank my fellow interns, who helped me transform from a reserved introvert into someone who could open up and share comfortably. Our project discussions and after-work hangouts became some of my happiest memories during these two months.

• What I learned at Gamesofa over the past two months has far exceeded my expectations. The most valuable experiences were hands-on ad placement, freely brainstorming creative themes, discussing performance with colleagues, and writing analytical reports based on objective data. I often felt that what I learned in school was somewhat abstract without practical application. However, this internship highlighted the importance of real-world experience. Things that seemed insignificant were analyzed, and based on objective analysis of these small details, optimization methods were proposed. This was followed by a second round of ad placement and analysis, and as a process this was much more dynamic and less rigid, grade-focused assignments in school.

Furthermore, I really appreciate the company's culture. The friendly colleagues made me comfortable asking questions. The office environment is bright and clean, and there are optional activities to participate in during breaks. The well-stocked snack bar was a nice little source of joy throughout the workday. Overall, I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to intern at Gamesofa!

• These past two months have been far more fulfilling than I imagined. I initially thought it would be like classroom work, brainstorming plans and writing reports. However, what impressed me most was the opportunity Gamesofa gave us to create advertising materials and actually launch ad campaigns – a truly rare and valuable experience. Everyone at the company is also very friendly. With the guidance of mentors these past two months, I felt genuinely valued, and I learned a lot of practical skills that you simply can't gain in school.

In addition, we received a lot of feedback from the managers on each project, and their advice was incredibly beneficial.

My favorite part was definitely the company's snack bar (I gained a lot of weight here!). I'm very grateful to my four fellow interns, who were all wonderful, and I'm also very thankful to Gamesofa for this internship experience. In just two short months, I can feel how much I've grown.

• My two-month internship seemed short, but the work was fulfilling. I found it neither overwhelming nor lacking in opportunities to learn valuable experiences. I appreciate Gamesofa for giving interns room to grow, allowing me to personally handle ad placements and performance analysis, and giving me the chance to participate in projects from other departments, accumulating lots of fresh and interesting experiences.

The company's culture is free and open, with colleagues helping each other, often making me feel like a part of the team. My supervisor and mentor also respected my ideas and provided valuable insights, helping me grow step by step. Working on projects with fellow interns also enhanced my teamwork skills.

As someone unfamiliar with the gaming tech industry, this internship allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the industry while also allowing me to examine whether I genuinely enjoy the field of marketing planning. Additionally, the snacks here are plentiful, and every day during lunch break, I was able to play Werewolf with colleagues. This fulfilling and joyful summer is definitely worth recommending to prospective students.

• During my two-month internship, I felt the company provided a very warm environment, with a peaceful and pleasant work atmosphere. Supervisors and mentors were always willing to provide detailed answers and assistance, and even colleagues from different departments offered positive feedback and practical suggestions!

In terms of work content, in addition to copywriting and advertising design, I also worked on game experience reports and data performance analysis. All of these projects brought me deep inspiration and insights. I learned that a good game product is not just about being fun; more importantly, it requires balancing gameplay and operations to develop effective mechanics and gameplay loops.

In summary, Gamesofa is a friendly and dedicated company. Although my internship was short-term, it was filled with rich and varied experiences. I am very grateful to all the colleagues who participated in the planning and execution of this internship, allowing me to have such a solid and fruitful experience during my two-month summer!

• My internship at Gamesofa was truly a fantastic experience!

From the very first interview, I could sense the company's dedication to its internship program. They listened attentively to our life experiences and expectations for the internship, and responded thoughtfully to all our questions. Looking back on the past two months, the experience has been far more enriching and comprehensive than I anticipated.

The internship covered various aspects, including game experience and observation, game design, copywriting, advertising design, and subsequent analysis of advertising effectiveness.

For each task, there were review sessions where we received practical advice, insights into industry perspectives and thought processes, and guidance to deepen our understanding of the industry, games, and target audiences (along with plenty of encouragement and support!).

Finally, I really appreciate the overall atmosphere at Gamesofa, which felt harmonious, free, and respectful. Even my most naive ideas were given a fair hearing, and I gained valuable insights through gentle communication and guidance. Thank you to everyone I met during my time here. I will carry all the kindness I received with me as I steadily chase my dreams."

• These past two months have been challenging, yet fulfilling and enjoyable. Through practical courses, I gained in-depth knowledge of advertising techniques and performance analysis, learning the importance of hands-on experience. The most satisfying part was having the opportunity to use company resources to launch my own ads. Witnessing the growth in click-through rates and installations brought a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

The work environment and atmosphere at Gamesofa were pleasant. Not only did they provide snacks and drinks, but we also played games together during lunch, which helped us communicate and understand each other better. Whenever I had questions, everyone was more than willing to offer help and guidance, and I often felt that they genuinely cared.

In the later stages, collaborating with the game planning department on a project allowed me to meet other interns and build strong bonds. I made a group of humorous and reliable friends, and together, we successfully presented our project. All of these experiences were truly invaluable.

• When I first joined Gamesofa, I was as nervous as I was during my interview. This was my first internship, and I had no prior work experience. However, I'm glad I chose to intern and grateful for the opportunity Gamesofa provided. Although I'm still unsure about my future career path, working in game planning gave me a fresh and interesting experience. • In the warm and open corporate culture at Gamesofa, we were encouraged to learn and make corrections freely. Whenever I encountered something I didn't understand, I could always seek help from everyone. The enthusiastic feedback and the lack of hierarchical pressure allowed us to communicate and collaborate more comfortably, helping us quickly adapt to the environment and find a sense of belonging.

During the project, I gained a lot of knowledge and hands-on experience. From brainstorming game ideas, setting target audiences, and collecting validation data, to the later stages of game settings, detail modifications, and optimization, I deeply realized that "having ideas alone isn't enough to complete a project." It requires supporting ideas and creativity with evidence, and continuously refining and adjusting them to make the entire project more complete and enriched.

I am grateful to Gamesofa for giving me this opportunity to serve as a summer intern. It enriched my summer of 2023.

Whether within our group or when discussing projects with the front-end team leaders, everyone was open and willing to listen to different opinions. They provided feedback based on their experience and knowledge, creating an environment where we could confidently propose ideas, regardless of their feasibility, and understand why certain ideas might not work.

The internship gave me the opportunity to seriously think about the overall structure and scalability of the code. The unwavering support from my supervisors motivated me greatly, and I am grateful to my fellow interns for making this experience both fun and rewarding. • In this project, I learned about technologies such as the Swoole package, server architecture, OOP, and Design patterns. One of the most impactful aspects was the mechanism of Code Review, where supervisors would teach how to refactor and design code to be more reasonable and efficient, significantly improving the quality of my coding. I'm grateful for the suggestions and support from my internship colleagues, and successfully building the project gave me a real sense of achievement!

The supervisors were very patient in guiding us, and the company atmosphere was great. I appreciate the internship opportunity at Gamesofa and the company's snack cabinet, which brought me a lot of positive energy every afternoon. It truly made me feel that skipping summer vacation for the entire graduate lab meeting was the right choice!

• This was my first time participating in a large-scale multiplayer game project. Throughout the process, we had to consider various aspects of player experience, such as screen synchronization, game progression, matchmaking wait times, and how players enter the game. These factors were crucial for enhancing the overall game experience.s

I want to thank my supervisors for helping with testing, providing feedback, and identifying many issues to improve the game experience. Debugging was tough but also enjoyable. Seeing the game run smoothly from start to finish brought a great sense of accomplishment.

I appreciate Gamesofa for giving me this internship opportunity. I learned a lot during this period, not just about programming logic, but also about the industry's perspective on what makes a "good game." Thank you, Gamesofa, for giving me a fulfilling and enjoyable internship experience.

• The company environment is spacious and bright, and when encountering difficulties, supervisors and colleagues are always willing to assist, creating a harmonious atmosphere overall. The mini bar is an interesting setup; often, when my mind gets stuck, munching on snacks helps me come up with solutions!

Having a regular Code Review mechanism helps maintain code quality. If one sets high standards for their programming abilities, they can learn more practical knowledge about programming. Through this development experience, I deeply realized the terror of "premature optimization is the root of all evil" and understood the importance of "practical experience."

For the game project,it was done autonomously from conception to development. Supervisors didn't interfere too much with details, so after creating a prototype, there's a great sense of achievement. Moreover, the finished product can be further improved or included in a portfolio, making it very promising!
